There are two sides to the business model, high ticket affiliate marketing and network marketing, and you choose what you want to do:

1. Sell the products. You partner with our chosen company as an independent distributor and earn a commission whenever you share the products and someone buys through you.
   
   

2. Build a business (optional). You mentor and coach the new people coming in and help them grow their own businesses, and you earn through the team you build together.

You can keep it simple and just do the first part, or grow into both, it's totally up to you.

As little or as much as you want. This is your business, so you set the pace. That said, when you're starting out i'd say around 10 to 15 hours a week is realistic if you want to actually see things move.
